The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office is inviting residents to enjoy a hearty breakfast while supporting local children during its Annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser on Friday, October 30, 2026.
The event will take place from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office, located at 205 Cypress Street in Colfax.
For just $5, attendees can enjoy Sheriff Steven McCain’s famous pancakes and all the fixings, with all proceeds benefiting the department’s Toys 4 Kids program.
The annual fundraiser provides community members with an opportunity to support the Sheriff’s Office’s holiday outreach efforts, which help provide Christmas gifts to children throughout Grant Parish.
Residents can choose to dine on-site or purchase breakfast to go, making it convenient for those heading to work, school or other morning activities.
The Sheriff’s Office is encouraging residents, businesses and community organizations to participate in the fundraiser and help make the upcoming Christmas season brighter for local children.
The Toys 4 Kids program relies on community support and contributions to help provide gifts to children during the holiday season. The pancake breakfast is one of the department’s efforts to raise funds for the program.
