The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office is celebrating a successful community fundraising effort after raising $10,810 through a pancake fundraiser benefiting its Toys 4 Kids Program.

In an announcement on October 30, the sheriff’s office expressed its appreciation to everyone who participated in and supported the event, crediting the community’s generosity for its success.

The fundraiser generated $10,810 in pancake sales, with proceeds supporting the Toys 4 Kids Program, an initiative aimed at bringing joy to children during the holiday season.

Sheriff’s office officials described the event as an example of what can be accomplished when a community comes together for a common cause.

The department extended a special thank-you to the individuals, families, volunteers and supporters who helped make the fundraiser successful.

The money raised will help support the Toys 4 Kids Program as the holiday season approaches, demonstrating the continued generosity and community spirit of Grant Parish residents.
