
The Town of Pollock was honored with the 2026 Wastewater System of the Year – North Louisiana award for Outstanding Operation and Maintenance Practices during the Louisiana Rural Water Association’s 40th Annual Training and Technical Conference on July 15 in Lake Charles.
The award recognizes the dedication, professionalism, and hard work of the town’s wastewater system operators and office staff, who work to ensure the wastewater system is operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
According to the Town of Pollock, the team’s efforts help protect public health, preserve the environment, and provide dependable service to the community.
